I just switched server with my web page and several other stuff I use.
My new VPS runs on Gentoo Linux, powered by Carrot-Server D2″. I can clearly recommend them, fast servers for really cheap prices (20gb HDD, 250gb Traffic, 1GB RAM guaranteed + 5GB burst ram for 9 Euro (~12 Dollars as of April 9th)). Everything works without problems. Support is unbelievable (response after 2hours at Easter Sunday). Servers are in Germany.
I’ve got a webserver (PHP+ Ruby on Rails Support), a mailserver, a distcc server (for speeding up some local gentoo emerges), a svn server and a Counter Strike Source Server at 178.63.249.71 running. Server seems stable, no network problems so far.
